Anna Mae Pratt Liston, 88 of Rowlesburg, died Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at home. Anna Mae was born June 25, 1931, in Grafton, a daughter of the late Arley and Elizabeth (Pyles) Pratt.
Anna Mae was one of the founders of the Rowlesburg Ambulance Service and a member of the squad since 1972, serving as an EMT and still served as a board member. She was a lifetime member of the Rowlesburg Historical Society, the Christ United Methodist Church, and active in the Rowlesburg Senior Citizens. She cherished and loved her family and friends.
She is survived by daughter Kathy Sines and husband Ron, of Rowlesburg; son Robert P. and wife Tina, of Conyers, GA; seven grandchildren, Shawn Sines and wife Lori, Shawna Sines, Bobbi Liston, Joey Liston, Dustin Burns and wife Kayla, DeAnna Kippes, Scott Wisniewski and wife Kim; 10 Great Grandchildren Eric, Renea, Scottie, Brittany, Emily, Amanda, Colte, Jaxon, Dax, Lawrence; and 3 Great Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by brother Donald Pratt, of Thornton and Brother-in-law, John Delaney, of Romney.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, Robert in 2008, whom she married December 23, 1950, her daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Ski Wisniewski, two grandsons, Billy Todd and Marshall Earl. Her in-laws, Artie and Mary Liston, her siblings, Charles (Bud) Pratt, Howard Pratt, Jean Martin, Nellie Trader, Ruth Pitman, infant sister Dorsey, and twin sister Bettie Delaney.
Family will receive friends at Burke Funeral Home in Rowlesburg, on Saturday December 21, 2019 from 10am till 1pm the funeral hour with Pastor Kevin Keplinger officiating. Interment will follow at the Aurora Cemetery.
